
Description
The Computer Support vocational program trains students to become computer support technicians. They work mainly in computer systems design, information industries, and public administration.
Technicians handle hardware and software issues for various devices, perform maintenance, and install new equipment. Complex issues are escalated to specialized teams, with opportunities for advancement.
Technicians must stay updated on technical information and possess qualities like autonomy, problem-solving, communication, and stress management.

Admission
- Persons holding a CSQ or living in Quebec during the last 3 consecutive years or living in Quebec for 12 consecutive months without full-time studies - Permanent Residence or Canadian Citizen
